AMRAP in 13 Minutes:
55 Bar facing burpees,
55 Chest to bar pull-ups,
55 Calorie row,
55 Handstand push-ups.
Attention: Make sure you check the schedule this week for the classes during Thanksgiving! Also, we would like to do the CrossFit Liftoff Competition for the 3rd year in a row – the following Thursday, November 30th, in the evening! We would do a 1 rep max Clean & Jerk and Snatch, and then on Friday, December 1st, we would do the Wod that CrossFit releases. If you are interested, please put your name on the Board!
