Tabata is 20 seconds of work f0llowed by 10 seconds of rest. 4 Minutes is 8 rounds
of each movement. 1 Minute between each movement.
Attention: Remember the modified schedule – Tuesday is regular, Wednesday is regular except no 6:30 p.m. Wod. Only 1 wod at 10 a.m. on Turkey Day and only 1 wod at 10 a.m. on Friday (no Kids classes on Friday). Saturday is back to normal. On Monday there will be a regular schedule except there will be no Blackhawks Kids class (a makeup class will be offered by Coach Kris that Wednesday).
