WOD

Back Squats:
1-10-1-20-1-30.
All sets should be heavy and the 1 rep should be a max lift for the day.  All warm-up reps should be done before starting the series which begins with the heavy 1 rep.

Attention:  Tuesday is a regular schedule, Wednesday is regular except no 6:30 p.m. wod, Thursday is only 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. wods, Friday is Christmas day and no wods, and Saturday is only a 10:00 a.m. wod.  Further, the Helo Christmas party pics will be posted on a link on Facebook so take a look as they are pretty funny!  Finally, Ben will also be teaching the Clean at the Olympic Lifting Class!
