Attention: The Paleo Food and Fitness 6 week Challenge will start on Jan. 2nd. The talk will be on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. There will be 2 categories – weight loss and beach body. Given that we are hoping to instill healthy habits and lifestyles for the long term, please note that for the first time and moving forward, we will be considering the finishing weight of past participants from their last challenge in selecting winners this time. If you want to come in early to get it done, talk to Alecio. If not, Julia will be doing measurements and pics, Thurs/Friday evening & Sat. Buy-in will be $25.
