13 Minute AMRAP:
5 Ring rows,
10 Sit-ups with wall ball 20/14,
15 Box step ups with med ball 20/14.
Attention: Following up with more information on the Challenge, it will start on Monday, January 5th, 2015 and go until Valentine’s Day, February 14th, 2015. The nutrition will be based on Paleo (to compete you must follow the Paleo principles we outline to be fair to all participants). The nutrition and rules talk is at 6:30 p.m. on Friday for newcomers to the Challenge. If you can’t make it or you have done it before, please don’t just ignore this and then ask about the rules and the handout after – if you have questions, please come or talk to us beforehand. As before, we will have a Beach Body and Weight Loss Division where you will pick which one you want to be in at the beginning when you get your measurements done. There will be pre and post Challenge Wods. We will be giving points for your weekly log, which will include a Wod, water intake, sleep, and food component (with timely submission to your designated Coach). The buy-in will be $15 per person. Final winners are determined by the Coaches and are based on many components. As always, there will be the cash prizes and then other cool prizes to the winners!! We will be posting times to sign up for doing your “pre” measurements, photos, and weight, on Thursday, Friday evening, and Saturday. Stay tuned!
