Mins 4 & 5: 35/25 Calorie row + max lateral jumps 24/20,
Min 6: Rest,
Mins 7 & 8: 400 Meter run + max dumbbell snatch 70/50,
Min 9: Rest,
Mins 10 & 11: 35/25 Calorie row + max medball cleans 20/14,
Min 12: Rest,
Mins 13 & 14: 400 Meter run + max lateral jumps 24/20,
Min 15: Rest,
Mins 16 & 17: 35/25 Calorie row + max dumbbell snatch 70/50.

Attention:  Little extra spring training.  For every minute you are late, it is 10 burpees, done before you can start the warmup.  No exceptions.
