Dez Bday wod!  

One of the coolest things about being a CrossFit Coach is watching people grow and achieve goals, however big or small they may be.  From a heavy snatch to a first muscle up it really is a joy watching people do things they never thought possible.  Today, Cassi who has been trying for a pull up for the past two years got her first one!  It’s been a long journey but she never gave up  and good thing too because when we opened the box about a year ago I told her she had until July to get her first one or she would need to find a new Box;).  Well, she got it just in the nick of time!!  You guys and gals do amazing things every day.  I marvel at how you push yourselves and just feel lucky to be around you! Keep up the great work!!
