Take 12 Minutes to find a 1 rep max squat clean.
Then 12 minutes of:
0-3 min 4 reps @ 75%,
3-6 min 3 reps @ 80 %,
6-9 min 2 reps @ 85%,
9-12 min 1 rep @ 90%.

Attention: First, Helo’s 3rd year Anniversary BBQ and Wod will be on Saturday, September 10th, at the Herriman Black Ridge Reservoir! The Wod will be at 10 a.m. at the Reservoir and the BBQ will follow in the large gazebo! There will be a sign-up on the board for food and beverages! Second, the first Co-Ed Softball practice went down tonight and the teams will be playing every Monday night starting on September 19th. Helo 1 and Helo 2 will be playing each other on September 26th at 7:15 p.m., so plan on coming to cheer on that night for sure! Ben will be teaching the jerk in the oly class.
