Attention: First, for those of you doing the Challenge – feel free to look through the Paleo Cookbook that is in a black binder in the box near the benches if you need recipes – there is more than a 100 recipes that are great!! Second, for the Wod and BBQ on Friday – the first heats will start at 4:30 p.m. and the last Wod will start at 5:30 p.m. The BBQ will commence around 6:30 p.m. and we will have some fun (so there will be no 6:30 p.m. Wod on Friday)!!
